Competition & Show Special Terms & Conditions:

Eligibility:

You are eligible for this competition or the show special pricing, if you, or a family member, was present at the Ancaster Wedding Show on January 6th, 2024 and you are getting married before 31 December 2025.

Entry Period:

This competition starts on January 6th, 2024 and will be open until January 13th, 2024 at 24h00.

Entry Requirements:

You must include your wedding date or estimated wedding date, wedding venue (or estimated venue location), and an email address that is monitored.

Selection of Winner:

The winner will be selected with a random draw with the assistance of a third party program such as Wheel of Names (no affiliation) or similar. A screen-recording will be made of the draw for verification and can be requested for Inge Schoeman Photography via email: ingeschoemanphotography@gmail.com.

Prize:

The winner will receive a free engagement photo session valued at $250 CAD. The engagement session is 1 hour in length and the couple will receive 20 edited high resolution images in an online gallery to download. This session is only valid for 1 couple (2 persons) Pets are welcome. The prize is non-transferable – only the winning couple can use the prize. The photo session must take place in either the Niagara or Hamilton areas. If the chosen location requires a paid permit for entry, the cost of the permit will be for the couple’s account. The photo session must take place within 6 months of the prize being announced, which is 14 July 2024. (unless otherwise agreed upon between the winner and Inge Schoeman Photography). If the 6 month period has lapsed and the session has not been completed the prize will be voided.

Rights to Submissions:

By entering the competition, participants grant Inge Schoeman Photography the right to use information submitted to contact participants in the event of being the winner and for other professional photography promotional purposes.

Winner Notification:

The winner will be notified by email (the email used for entry into competition) and has 1 week to claim the prize. 

Confirmation and Verification:

To claim the prize please respond to notification email sent by Inge Schoeman Photography. In the notification email you will be provided with Inge Schoeman Photography’s Facebook and Instagram links which you need to Like and Follow (one or both) to enable us to tag you in the winner announcement post. 

Publicity:

By entering this competition the participants agree to participate (with names) in the public draw for the winner. The winner agrees that Inge Schoeman Photography uses their names on social media platforms for announcement, as well as for photographs from the engagement photo session to be posted and shared with the couple’s names and tagged on Facebook and Instagram. 

Changes:

Inge Schoeman Photography reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition if necessary. Any such actions will be announced on this webpage.

Liability:

The organizers disclaim any liability for errors, omissions, or technical problems that may arise in relation to the competition and its management.tion.
